Summer Meals! September 1st
So I am obsessed with coordinating my meal plans to match my seasonal moods. I know, I am super weird but that's okay because it makes for gorgeous Instagram photos ;) The picture below was a recent lunch I had consisting of two delicious things from Whole Food's. To the Left is their "Squash Soup", which I will admit I was a bit cautious about but actually turned out to be so worth it. The color is perfect for a Summer meal but I will definitely be buying this up for the colder fall months because it is extremely filling and tasty. The second bowl I have is a greek pasta salad from the prepared food bar. This ended up being very yummy as well but unfortunately a bit to dry for me when first purchasing so I had to add some of my own dressing. With my added topping though it was very satisfying! Last but not least, I paired it all with lemon water as usual.
Whole Foods & Trader Joe's are both really great places to gather season oriented food options! They both create seasonal products to come out and have beautiful displays!
Thats all for today guys! Stay full & fabulous. XOXO

August 11th: English Breakfast
So you may have noticed the photo in my top banner on this page ^ well it is off a particular english breakfast that I had in London that was absolutely delicious. I have grown to really love traditional English Breakfasts and even started cooking them for myself. I love the added roasted vegetables to the meal. As weird as serving beans with eggs may seem, I've even grown to appreciate that. As a vegetarian people are always telling me I need to eat more beans for protein and I definitely have trouble getting my full protein dosage each day. This has actually helped me with that and I have found it an easy way to add protein to my breakfast. I already love baked beans but rarely eat them as it is but so that may be a personal taste. However, I have been testing out other kinds of beans and other kinds work as a substitute.
Cravings.....? August 5th
It has been extremely hard to fight all these intense cravings I have been having these last couple days. I’ll be the first to admit it, I’ve already cracked and indulged once or twice. Since getting back from my trip where I pretty much devoured every delicious thing in site. (I mean who can really blame me, have you ever had legit Belgium waffles?)
Not to mention my past recent semester didn’t really help my health routine. So I have been trying to push myself back on my typical health kick and hopefully new exercise program. It just goes to show it is much harder to get back to how things were than it is to just keep going. So words of wisdom don’t let yourself go when you are on the right path especially in the health world because It sucks trying to get back to that.

A New Obsession of Mine. August 2nd
A new obsession I have been having since London. A bunch of restaurants served their water like this with lime in it! so good and an easy twist to help get your 8 cups down.
Morning Breakfast: July 8th
My Morning Breakfast: June 25th
My morning breakfast consisting of Organic Oatmeal topped with Lots of Cinnamon, bananas, blueberries and walnuts. So delicious and it feels really nice to be getting back on track with my eating habbits. Still have a lot of work to accomplish though.
