Fashion week has begun and it is fueled with hot trends, excitement and a brand new venue.
To kick off Philadelphia fashion week, I’ve decided to compose a list of my favorite pieces from each night’s show. So for those of you who weren’t lucky enough to get your hands on a pass or not brave enough to brace the cold, here are some highlights!
Kicking off this list with my favorite look of the week! Mitchell & Ness is a sports-focused designer. This year they took a crack at showing audiences how to incorporate logos into high fashion. The Flyers are a Philly staple and they managed to show team spirit with style elegance.

3. Jumpsuits have been in and out of fashion more times than I can keep track of. Recently they seemed to have faded to the background but Philly fashion week is warning us not to throw them out just yet.
4. A swimsuit line that takes you to a tropical paradise in your mind. Color blocking has become a huge trend in swimwear.

6. Boyfriend jeans are a fall staple. Mixing patterns and print with denim is taking over fashion week. Check out these boyfriend jeans distressed with rips & personalized graffiti!
7. Talk about a dress that is so effortlessly easy to style. However, It also happens to be a very easy DIY project.
8. Standout prints were prominent this season. Staple pieces have become a necessity for women on the move. I think we are going to see a lot of similar pieces walking on the NYC runways this year.
9. Milano is reinventing comfy fashion.
10. Burning Guitars stole the Streetwear show this week.
I hope you all enjoyed this recap of Philly Fashion Week’s Street Wear show. Be on the lookout for similar posts regarding the next shows as well as a recap and what I wore to fashion week!
